Miss Vermont’s Teen 2023 is Ginger Ragaishis, an honors student at Burr and Burton Academy.
Ginger was crowned Miss Vermont’s Teen after singing “If I Can Dream” on April 16th at the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center in Stowe, Vermont.
